This appointment is for a weight loss consultation. Payment will be collected at time of service and based upon treatment selected.

This service includes the weight loss consultation, blood work, physical, EKG, and phentermine prescription for 30 days.
Phentermine Weight Loss 30 day (Existing Clients) - 45 minutes @ $60
If you have already received one month of Phentermine and this is your 2nd or 3rd round, then you may book this appointment ONLY. This is for a 30 day prescription of Phentermine. All weight loss supplements include a baseline physical exam. Initial plans including Phentermine will require an initial EKG, physical, and labs for an additional fee of $120.

Ozempic Weight loss monthly package (Month of August) - 1 hour @ $450
This is for 4 weekly injection of Ozempic. Ozempic works by mimicking a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) that targets areas of the brain that regulate appetite and food intake. This drug is indicated for chronic weight management. Package also includes labs, and physical exam.

This price includes the injections only for a total of 12 weeks. Meal Plans, Workout plan, and grocery list, are not included. Option for self administration of injections.
