- For $400/ Month.
- Every Week. (4 times a month)

Membership includes
- 500 cc of fluid and maximum of 5 membership ingredients:
- Memberships are billed automatically depending upon option chosen
- All memberships require a 3 month minimum requirement
- Treatments do not roll over from month to month nor can treatment be transferred to another party
- Memberships must be purchased in person at My Health Reassurance. They may not be purchased online
- Concierge services are excluded.
- Memberships may be cancelled in writing anytime after the first 30 days by emailing us at myhealthreassurance@gmail.com
- Missed membership therapy appointments may not be made up.
